| 小儿紫癜，亦称紫斑，是小儿常见疾病之一，属西医过敏性紫癜、血小板减少性紫癜范畴，临床可见紫癜、鼻衄、齿衄，甚则呕血、便血、尿血等症状。江苏省名中医，南京中医药大学博士生导师，全国名老中医药专家学术经验继承指导老师严冰教授，总结紫癜的病因病机--风热邪毒，侵犯营血，迫血妄行为病之由；先天不足，脾不统血，余邪内伏为病之延；其临证分虚实论治，实者以清热凉血、活血止血为先，虚者以健脾益气、摄血活血为要，同时注重兼证兼治，加减变通，临床疗效显著。附验案一则以佐证。 |
