| 利尿解表法作为一种有别于常见解表法的治法，历代医家对其缺少系统论述。本文通过查找古今文献，概括出利尿解表法以“肺与膀胱相通”“皮毛与膀胱相应”及“汗尿同源”为理论基础。结合《伤寒论》及《金匮要略》中相关条文及临床病案，可以得出本治法在表证兼水饮内停和表证兼有湿邪时多有应用。 |

| Resolving exterior with diuretic natured drugs, as a different treatment from common diaphoretic recipes, has not been systematically discussed by doctors of traditional Chinese medicine.Through the searching of ancient and modern literature, this paper summarizes the theoretical basis of "lung and bladder are connected", "fur and bladder are corresponding" and "sweat and urine are homologous".Combined with the relevant articles and clinical records in Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases and Synopsis of Golden Chamber, it can be concluded that this treatment method is more applicable in the cases of the exterior syndrome combined with retained fluid and the exterior syndrome combined with dampness. |
