| 慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)归属于中医胃脘痛范畴,在疾病发展过程中,胃阴不足之病机贯穿始终,也是其最常见的中医证候。胃阴学说乃脾胃学说的重要组成部分,其源远流长,倍受历代医家之推崇。养阴益胃法、解毒养阴法、化浊养阴法、通滞养阴法、解毒养阴法、阴阳共济法等均可以在一定程度上阻止或逆转胃黏膜萎缩的发展,均是基于胃阴学说的治疗方法,故深入研究胃阴学说对于指导CAG的治疗具有现实意义。 |

| Chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) belongs to the category of epigastric pain in traditional Chinese medicine. During the development of the disease, the pathogenesis of insufficient stomach yin runs throughout, and it is also the most common syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine. The theory of stomach yin is an important part of the theory of spleen and stomach. It has a long history and has been highly praised by doctors of all ages. The method of nourishing yin and nourishing the stomach, the method of detoxifying and nourishing yin, the method of resolving turbidity and nourishing yin, the method of clearing stagnation and nourishing yin, the method of detoxifying and nourishing yin, the method of coordinating yin and yang, etc. can all prevent or reverse the development of gastric mucosal atrophy to a certain extent. The treatment method is based on the stomach-yin theory, so in-depth study of the stomach-yin theory has practical significance for guiding the treatment of CAG. |
