      白芍是吴鞠通常用之中药,在其组方配伍中占据重要地位。本文基于《温病条辨》《吴鞠通医案》《医医病书》等三本著作,从性味归经、炮制、剂量以及配伍应用等方面探讨吴氏应用白芍的特色。在性味归经方面,吴氏认为白芍气味苦平无毒,并无酸味,可补心肝之体。在炮制方面,主要应用生白芍、炒白芍、焦白芍、酒炒白芍等四种。其中生白芍具有滋阴清热且不呆腻之功;炒、焦白芍偏于养血敛阴;酒炒白芍偏于行血分。在用量方面,大剂量以滋阴补液;中剂量以敛阴养血疏肝健脾,小剂量以祛瘀生新。在配伍应用方面可发挥滋阴补液,敛阴养血;祛瘀生新,缓急止痛;土中拔木,疏肝健脾;甘苦合化,降气利尿等功效。

      Radix Paeoniae Alba is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine in Wu Jutong, which plays an important role in its prescription compatibility. Based on Wu Jutong 's three books, such as " Wenbing Tiaobian " and " Medical Disease Book, " this paper discusses the characteristics of Wu Jutong 's application of Radix Paeoniae Alba from the aspects of meridian tropism, processing, dosage and compatibility application. In terms of taste and meridian tropism, Wu believes that the smell of white peony is bitter and non-toxic, and has no sour taste, which can supplement the body of heart and liver. In terms of processing, the main application of raw Radix Paeoniae Alba, fried Radix Paeoniae Alba, burnt Radix Paeoniae Alba, wine fried Radix Paeoniae Alba and other four. Among them, raw white peony root has the function of nourishing yin and clearing heat and not dull and greasy ; fried, coked white peony root tends to nourish blood and astringe yin ; white peony stir-fried with wine is partial to blood. In terms of dosage, large doses to nourish yin rehydration ; the middle dose is to nourish yin, nourish blood, soothe liver and invigorate the spleen, and the small dose is to remove blood stasis and generate new, and the damp heat is heavy. In the application of compatibility, it can play the role of nourishing yin and replenishing fluid, astringing yin and nourishing blood ; removing blood stasis and generating new, relieving pain ; pull wood in the soil, soothing liver and invigorating spleen ; sweet and bitter, reducing qi and diuresis and other effects.
