| 肺癌癌性疼痛发生率较高，西医癌痛三阶梯治疗长期服用副作用大，依赖性强。韩树人教授充分探究肺癌癌性疼痛的病机，归纳出本病的病机为正气亏虚为疾病之本，瘀毒内蕴为疾病之象，心志受损为疾病之归。挖掘中医药治疗本病的方法，将扶正治毒，化瘀解毒，宁心顺志的治疗理念贯穿于整个疾病的治疗中。临证收效满意，附验案1例分享。 |

| The incidence of cancerous pain in lung cancer is relatively high, and long-term use of Western medicine"s three tiered treatment for cancer pain has significant side effects and strong dependence. Professor Han Shuren, starting from the etiology and pathogenesis of pain caused by lung cancer in traditional Chinese medicine, has summarized and induced three effective methods for TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment. The clinical results are satisfactory and worthy of promotion and application. |
